Flux «Ekoraf-1»
1. Purpose
Special flux «Ekoraf-1» is intended to clear the brickwork of all types of accrition and slag crust.
2. Field of use
Metallurgical smelting aluminum units of all types – flaming and electric reflecting, induction, crucible, inclinedrotor-type and constant axle furnace.
3. Benefits
- does not have any harmful impact on brickwork;
- an opportunity to clean up brickwork without stopping the furnace;
- brickwork scale prevention, reduces formation of accrition and slag crust;
- low humidity;
- energy intensive packaging;
- entirely ready for use in the furnaces of any type.

- 4. Application method
- Flux «Ekoraf-1» applied to brickwork furnace heated to 900 0 Сimmediately after emptying the oven.
- The flux is evenly distributed with shovels throughout the brickwork.
- After 20 - 30 minutes of soaking finally break accritions by peaks or other instrument.
- In case of solid and large accritions (more than 150 - 200 mm) repeat the process.
5. Rate of application
The consumption of flux «Ekoraf-1» is 3 - 5 kg / m 2.
When performing brickwork scale prevention use in each melt as a coat-Refining flux at a rate of 2 - 3 kg / t.
6. Physical characteristics
Small crystals of various shades of beige, white, gray, pink, brown color of the same fractional structure from 0.1 to 4 mm. Humidity: less than 1%
7. Packaging
Polypropylene 30 kg bag with polyethylene insert.
8. Terms and conditions of storage
Store dry indoors within 6 months from the date of manufacture.
